Enjoying life in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, I have several interests including astronomy, photography, and writing.

Early in my life, I had the privilege to expand my horizons and become a citizen of the world as an AFS student in Australia.

Later, I studied at the University of Wisconsin at Madison and the University of Rochester in New York.

Over time, I’ve come to the belief that one doesn’t really know about something unless one has written about it. This website is my place to share my discoveries and experiences with others.
